Risk appetite

  • Low to medium hazard construction trade contractors with a business turnover below $1 million.
  • Preferred risks include construction trade contractor businesses including: electricians (excluding Qld); carpenters (not registered builders); brick layers; plasterers; tilers; and concretors.
  • Businesses that are domiciled in the Commonwealth of Australia.

Product key features

  • Broadform Liability cover, with the option to also take Business Property at their own premises and General Property (i.e. tools) away from their premises. Personal Accident & Illness cover can also be considered on a separate manual basis.
  • Endorsement to include cover for sub contractors under Broadform Liability.
  • Increased unspecified items limit of up to $2,500 for any one occurrence under General Property cover.
  • Endorsement to include cover for their dog.
