Strata Select is a market leading product in the strata market. Strata Select is designed to accommodate risks that are 100% commercial, 100% residential or any combination of the two.

Strata Select is distributed exclusively through AFS Licensed insurance brokers.

Sum insured

• Strata Select is ideally suited for risks with buildings sum insured ranging between $1,000,000 and $15,000,000, however can accommodate risks up to a total property section sum insured of $35,000,000

Product key features

• Policy sections available include: property (includes catastrophe, loss of rent and lot owners fixtures and improvements), liability, fidelity, personal accident, office bearers, machinery breakdown, legal expenses, and audit expenses. The only section that must be taken is the property section.
  All other sections are optional allowing you to tailor a solution for your client
