Builders warranty

We focus on the SME residential and commercial builders sector, to provide annual and single one off contract works, liability policies and builders warranty.

Our focus

Our target market for Construction is residential and commercial builders up to $20,000,000 annual turnover. Our target market for Warranty is for the SME sector for turnovers up to $5,000,000. Higher limits can be considered in certain circumstances.

This product, builders home warranty insurance, is a statutory residential insurance which covers the owner for non completion or breach of statutory warranty in case of builder insolvency, death or disappearance.

What makes us different?

• A "no financials" application for qualifying builders, with turnovers less than $3,000,000, designed to assist those SME builders requiring a smooth transition into new Warranty markets.
• For those builders not qualifying for the "no financials" product, we accept full applications which will be processed with a high service standard, and ensure a seamless and speedy turnaround of applications.

Strata Select is ideally suited for risks with buildings sum insured ranging between $1 million and $13 million, however can accommodate risks up to a total property section sum insured of $35 million.
