Calliden manages its claims in partnership with Claims Services Australia (CSA) who provide specialist claims management services for many types of motor and domestic claims.


Our focus

Claims are a critical component of the value a customer receives from their insurance with Calliden. We continue to work in partnership with CSA to improve the service provided to customers as well as the efficiency and effectiveness of our claims management to support Calliden as it continues to grow.

  • Phone assistance available 24 hours / 365 days a year with after-hours emergency claims assist (managed by Mondial Assistance)

CSA is an Australian owned company established in 2002. It employs over 80 staff to serve clients throughout Australia.

CSA operates two centralised claims management centres in Sydney and Melbourne, supported by branch offices around Australia to support our assessing and claims teams.

Code of practice

As a member of the Insurance Council of Australia, Calliden has adopted the Code of Practice. The Code raises service standards in the insurance industry, improves the way that claims and complaints are handled and helps customers better understand how general insurance works.
