Callibrate is Calliden’s online delivery system (via Sunrise) for a range of general insurance products including our Landlord, Home and First Option Business insurance. It allows you to easily get quotes and bind cover.

- The underwriter can see the application in real time and approve it straight away
- For risks that have to be referred to an underwriter from the system, we have consistent turn around times (within one hour)

Target Market
We can write a wide variety of SME risks via our Callibrate Commercial Package. In particular we've identified areas where we think you'll find us really competitive. We're calling them our target 'go to' occupations. You can check them out with our interactive target occupation tool now.
Every quarter we'll be showcasing a target occupation category. This quarter it's clothing and we know you'll find us very competitive.

Size of risks
We are well suited in risks with turnovers between $2 and $10 million and businesses with up to 200 employees.
Recent Additions
Here are some recent changes we’ve made to Callibrate SME Online, which should make life a little easier:
- Stand alone Liability cover
This enhancement now allows you to process a single Combined Liability policy without having to issue a Fire & Perils / Material Damage policy with a Calliden Commercial Package.
- Multi-tenanted Risks
This enhancement allows property owners with up to 15 different tenants and up to 5 locations to be processed on Callibrate SME Online under the one policy.
